New Roller Manufacturing
From the steel core to the rubber or silicone covering, we build new rollers to your drawing or sample, with the right compound, hardness, diameter, and length for the job and the machine.
Emergency Service
When a press is stopped, every hour counts. For urgent jobs we move your roller to the front of the queue and turn a recover or a replacement around as fast as the work allows, so you are back to printing quickly.
Rubber Recovering
When a covering is past polishing, we strip it to the core, bond fresh rubber, then grind to the diameter and hardness your press needs. The steel core is reused, so you keep the roller you trust.
Roller Polishing
Over time a rubber surface glazes and loses its grip on ink or water. We grind and polish the covering back to a true cylinder with the right surface finish, so the roller performs like new without a full recover.
Grinding & Resurfacing
We grind a worn or out-of-round covering back to a true cylinder at the exact diameter your press needs, with the right surface finish for ink or water transfer.
Hardness Testing & Inspection
We measure Shore A hardness along the roller and check it for run-out and surface condition, so you know exactly what you're putting back on the press.
Pickup & Delivery
To keep your press moving, we can pick up worn rollers and deliver the finished work back to you, packed to arrive true and undamaged.
