From our workshop in Tehran, we build and recover rubber and silicone rollers for offset printing.
For more than twenty years we have built and recovered rollers for offset presses across Iran. The compound, hardness and diameter are set to match your machine and the job. We work on common presses such as Heidelberg, Roland, Komori, Mitsubishi, KBA and Sakurai. Beyond sheet printing, we also build rollers for roll-fed, UV, and label printing (presses such as Nilpeter and Gallus), as well as rubber rollers for the textile industry. Every roller carries a one-year warranty against covering defects such as bond failure, swelling, or tearing, and with proper use it typically lasts up to seven years. When a press goes down, we move quickly to get it printing again.
